Booking Policy
Reservation Requirements
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is due at check-in.
- We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.
Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- All refunds are subject to a processing fee.
Modification Policy
- Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Please contact our reception desk for any changes to your booking.
Guest Policies
Age Restrictions
- Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in without an adult.
- Children under 12 stay free when using existing bedding.
Pet Policy
- We regret that pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
Smoking Policy
- Bulaakh Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
- A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in rooms or indoor areas.
Parking
- Ample parking is available for guests free of charge.
- The resort is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles parked on the premises.
Liability
- Bulaakh Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage to resort property caused by their actions.
Privacy Policy
- We collect and use personal information solely for booking and communication purposes.
- Your data is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
Local Regulations
- Guests are expected to respect local customs and regulations during their stay in Mussoorie.
- Any illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Force Majeure
- Bulaakh Resort is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war, rebellion, revolution, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
By making a reservation at Bulaakh Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
